About The Thrive Frequency Hub

Thrive Frequency Hub is a learning platform dedicated to practical, science-based personal transformation.

Here, you’ll find books, courses, and tools designed to help you understand how your mind actually works — and how to train it for clarity, discipline, emotional regulation, and consistent progress.

This is not about blind positivity or motivation. It’s about building the mental systems that create reliable change over time.

At The Hub, you’ll find:

• Evidence-based online courses on manifestation, self-discipline, and anxiety
• Companion workbooks with structured exercises
• Books designed to integrate directly with training programs
• Tools for building consistency, focus, and emotional resilience

My approach is built on three principles:

• Change happens through training, not motivation
• Emotions and habits follow predictable neural patterns
• Small, consistent adjustments compound into lasting results

Everything at Thrive Frequency Hub is designed to translate theory into practice — with exercises, systems, and frameworks that can be applied in daily life.

Hi, I’m Tami — author, course creator, and founder of Thrive Frequency Hub.

My work focuses on the mechanics of change: how beliefs form, how habits hardwire, and how emotional patterns shape behaviour. I’m especially interested in the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and practical self-training — the place where insight becomes skill, and intention becomes repeatable action.

Through books such as Quantum Mindset Mastery, Managing a Self-Disciplined Mindset, and Calming Your Anxious Mindset, I help readers move beyond inspiration and into measurable, repeatable transformation. My approach is not about forcing positivity or chasing motivation, but about understanding how the brain actually learns, adapts, and reorganizes itself over time.

Born on Vancouver Island and shaped by the rugged beauty of Canada’s Yukon Territories and the island tranquillity of Bermuda, my life has been influenced by very different environments. Moving through these landscapes taught me something essential: adaptability is not a personality trait — it is a trainable capacity. That insight became one of the foundations of my work.

My true passion lies in mindset transformation and behavioural change — not as abstract concepts, but as practical tools anyone can use to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and build self-discipline. I believe ordinary people are capable of extraordinary things when they understand how their minds actually work and apply science-based principles consistently.

What sets my work apart is the bridge between research and real life. I translate ideas from neuroscience, psychology, and habit science into simple practices that fit into everyday routines. My goal is always the same: clarity instead of confusion, structure instead of willpower, and progress instead of pressure.

Beyond personal transformation, I hold a deep concern for the wider world. I believe individual growth naturally creates positive ripples — in families, in communities, and in how we care for the planet. Personal transformation and planetary well-being, to me, are inseparable.

I currently live on Vancouver Island, where I continue to write, train, garden, and explore the science of lasting change.

Before you decide what to work on next, it helps to understand what’s actually standing in your way.

Most people try to change their lives by adding more motivation, more effort, or more affirmations — without first identifying the specific mental patterns that are shaping their results.

This short assessment is designed to do exactly that. In just two minutes, it will help you pinpoint the primary block that’s interfering with your ability to manifest the life you want, and guide you toward the training path that fits your current mindset, habits, and emotional patterns.
